exhausts since 1989, initially as one off race systems
for various factory road racing teams. All silencers are made
from high quality 304 grade aircraft steel, carry a lifetime
warranty against corrosion and an 18 month manufacturers defect
guarantee.
Quill Exhausts introduced the new for
2002, Quill
Powerflow T3 road legal (BSAU stamped) silencer range
and it took the country by storm. T3's are designed to deliver
a significant performance gain when compared against manufacturers
O.E., and dont even require you to re-jet the machine.
The T3 has a unique exhaust note, resonably
quiet up to 3,000 revs, but an encouraging straight through
race sound after 4,000 revs. T3’s are only availble
from Quill
Exhausts, and come in polished stainless steel, carbon,
titanium and andonized titanium finishes.

R-55 SERIES
All new for 2006 is the R55 Series specifically made for the
all new GSX-R600 and YZF-R6. This exhaust not only offers superior
performance from its new shape and baffling system, but it also
offers a MotoGP style look and a very desirable exhaust note.
Full titanium construction is lbs lighter than stock systems
and each system features a trick titanium endcap with a large
exhaust exit to make this exhaust stand out from the rest.
Don't be fooled by other imitation MotoGp looking exhausts that
are underdeveloped and don't even feature a baffling system
yet you pay the premium for. The R55 is developed to do one
thing, win races! |
TRC SERIES
Introduced just one year ago, the TRC series has impacted the
industry tremendously. The TRC features a state-of-the-art design
utilizing a cone style endcap on all three sleeve options and
has proved to be a performance leading exhaust. Used on Mat
Mladin's championship winning Superbike, this exhaust will offer
race proven performance with style. Each TRC system features
16" length sleeves available in three options (carbon,
stainless, titanium) and a laser etched heel guard has been
integrated onto the lower portion of the canister. |
R-22 SERIES
What do you do when you have some blazing fast bikes like the
Hayabusa and the ZX12 and you want them to go even faster and
look cool while doing it? Introducing the new R-22 "Bling"
pipes. These pipes not only open up the exhaust letting your
bike snort out extra horsepower, but the unique look really
adds to your machine's appearance. Laser etched Yoshimura logo
and a highly polished stainless sleeve and endcap assembly offer
that chrome look without chrome without the worries of chrome
peeling or discoloring. |
RS5 SERIES
The performance and style of the RS-5 has made it a leading
exhaust system in the industry as we know it today. With a sleeve-matching
cone style endcap and its unique shape, the RS-5 series is the
perfect addition to the Honda and Kawasaki sportbikes. While
other manufacturers try to imitate this exhaust, extensive testing
and countless hours on the dyno have proved the best performance
available using this undertail system. |
RS-3 SERIES
The standard to which all other race exhausts are measured.
Race track proven by Yoshimura Suzuki AMA Superbike Race Team
and developed over 10 years ago, meticulous attention to detail
and performance gains has made the RS-3 an icon of Yoshimura's
name and quality. RS-3 is available in three sleeve options
and features a trick oval endcap that is compatible with Yoshimura's
well known low volume inserts for those who want a more subtle
exhaust note. Each endcap is also stamped with the infamous
logo and is precision welded with a huge oval exhaust tip
giving these systems a true racers look.

TRS SERIES
Yoshimura's lengendary tri-oval design has been an award winning
exhaust ever since its debut. Countless hours in R&D and
race inspired technology has made the TRS systems become one
of the most widely used exhaust system in the world. Available
in both stainless steel and titanium construction, each system
features your choice of three sleeve options, high quality endcap
assembly, and a straight-through race baffle. Race proven by
only the fastest in AMA racing, the TRS performance and design
is a simple example of why Yoshimura is the leader in exhaust

TRI SERIES
The TRI tri-oval dual tip is one of the most exotic exhaust
systems available in the industry. Used on the Yoshimura Japan
Superbikes, this exhaust system is made for one thing.......performance!
Developed using the legendary Tri-oval shape this series offers
what other manufacturers only dream. Each system features dual
titanium tips, a race-spec 3-piece baffling system, and your
choice between carbon and titanium sleeves. The TRI dual tip
provides a distinct sound which is created by the tri-oval muffler
chambers. One to permit unrestricted exhaust flow-while the
other forces a majority of the sound to swirl into the fiberglass
packing. |

The SBK range for four-stroke
sports motorcycles is the latest product from LeoVinci.
The products are developed on the race track to verify technical
solutions and to carry out vital endurance testing. Every LeoVinci
exhaust incorporates technical solutions derived from track
experience. This guarantees improved performance and enhanced
reliability .
Racing Cans

The "Slip-on"
tail pipes are fitted into the original systems using a short
junction pipe; the "Bolt-on" versions use a flange,
which joins to that on the original system. Both are available
in oval or round versions, with the choice of aluminium, carbon
fibre or titanium outer skin.
Approved Cans : E-marked
cans are the result of the extensive experience garnered by
LeoVinci
in the search for balance between high performance and reduced
noise levels. Made from stainless steel, it has a "double
chamber" completely sheathed in soundproof, heat-resistant
material. The noise level is comparable to that produced by
the original system, with slightly increased power and torque,
all within the parameters set by the new European standards.

SBK complete systems are available in Standard Mount (silencer
position same as original) and High Mount sports version where
the position of the tail pipes and silencer is raised in comparison
to the original. The installation of the high-mount (bottom
left) requires the removal of the rear passenger footrests
and the right-hand indicator in most, but not all cases. |
